Every trip starts with a short conversation, either on a call or over the form. Within a few days you receive a draft: hotel options with perks confirmed for your dates, or a first pass at the itinerary. We refine it together until it reads right, finalize the bookings, and send one clean document with every detail in one place. On the trip, we stay reachable if anything shifts.
Most hotel bookings close within a week. A multi-destination trip usually takes two to four weeks of back-and-forth to finalize, longer for peak dates or hard-to-get rooms.
Yes. Many clients know the hotel they want in one city and need the rest of the trip designed around it. The hotel booking stays no-fee under Hotel Coordination; Trip Editing covers the rest.
